BC Finvest was founded in 2022 as a division of Bosques Cautín, with the purpose of expanding forestry and real estate investments abroad, specifically in the United States. This initiative has led to the creation of a significant forestry estate in Wisconsin, focused on conserving native species, promoting biodiversity, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

To maintain cohesion and consistency within the CAUTIN group, BC Finvest is also responsible for supporting all administrative functions across the other companies with its professional staff.
