The day, which takes place every year, was attended by employees and their families, who shared a space for recreation and celebration to close 2025.
A sunny day and many surprises were part of the Christmas celebration day, a meeting that was held at Parque Holanda Event Center in Temuco and where the entire Cautín family was able to enjoy music, games, gifts and various outdoor activities.
The day that is held every year seeks to provide a moment of recreation where employees can share with their families in a different, pleasant space, designed and arranged especially for children, who were looking forward to the arrival of Santa Claus.
“Personally, I am very happy because we are all together as a family, it is impressive to see how children grow up every year. These instances are relevant, because the family meets, knows each other and that makes the work we do for a whole year much more pleasant,” Marcelo Neculmán said, executive director of Cautín, who thanked the entire Cautín team for their collaboration in meeting the objectives for the year 2025.
More than 100 people participated, most of them collaborators of the Los Sauces industrial plant, who traveled to Temuco to enjoy the meeting. “We have had a great time, you can see all this is made for children, and as they are the engine of us adults, it makes us happy to have a space to share with them and with the children of our colleagues. I think it is an opportunity to escape from routine a little bit and to do a different activity and get to know each other in a different context”, Felipe Vera said, general manager of Industrial Bosques Cautín.
For his part, Hans Steuer, Bosques Cautín general manager, highlighted the instance indicating that it contributes to the cohesion of the team. “We have been developing these activities for many years and always with a little more heart and affection; as we grow, the event also grows a little bit. Family is always very important for the company, and these instances are valuable for us to get to know each other, for children to get to know each other and to continue to strengthen our bond.”
